The drop from heel to two is very small, making them a great transition for those who are try to get into more of a minimalist type style of running. These shoes were hugely successful, they are a great price, and they look very stylish.
Well, I can’t give a full review just yet of the Kinvara 2. I bought them yesterday and ran on a treadmill today. I will have to test them on the open road soon. But I will tell you, I have never felt more comfortable while running. I’m 43 now, retiring from the military, and trying to get in better shape. My biggest concern is durability since they are so minimally constructed, but I will see in the coming months how they hold up with my 230+ pounds
