The Nike Free TR3 5.0 has been compared to the Nike Free Runs quite a bit. They have been known to run a size smaller than listed and not have very good arch support, but they still have excellent traction. There are also only men’s and kid’s sizes and have a few different color schemes: white/black, neon green/black, pink/white, and blue/black.

Just bought these from Niketown in Boston on Newbury and I have to say these are the best training shoes I have ever wore. Words can’t describe just how light these free trainers are and I was amazed by how stable they make your foot feel with its “adaptable” technology. I really like the diamond traction on the sole, it really gives and adds to the great grip and traction in the gym; especially when doing squats, deadlifts, and box jumps. AND LOVE the neon green, makes the sneaker look as SICK as it feels. ~Ndee

I purchased this shoe in hopes of getting better support for my weight training, but the shoe runs very narrow and does not support the arch of the foot at all. I must be honest, not too impressed. ~Sammy702

Great training shoe, fits a little tight though but seems to loosen up within a 1/2 hour or so, really flexible and seems to help with balance, i would definetly consider buying another pair. ~Snake
