This shoe features Vibram outsoles. It also has a synthetic/mesh upper, making it comfortable and supportive. It is built to be worn with or without socks, so it can appeal to a variety of runners. Thankfully it is also odor resistant, for those runners who choose to go sockless. It also comes in 7 different colors, so you’re sure to find one that matches your running suit. The MT10’s also feature an ACTEVA Midsole cushion that’s 12% lighter than the standard foam. As with most New balance shoes it has a 4mm drop, making it another transitional shoe.

Overall, the MT10 is a challenging, but pleasant shoe that is versatile enough to take to the store and to the woods. It’s comfortable and light without sacrificing the wellness of your foot with good sensibility. However, as I mentioned before, the MT10 is not for terrain laden with heavy rocks and the like. ~Sandy Dover
