The Merrell Dash Glove is a barefoot running shoe for Women. Barefoot shoes are designed to be very lightweight so that you feel as though you are truly running barefoot. These shoes have thin Vibram Brand soles for traction, which tend to be very durable. They are also said to have Zero Drop Cushioning, meaning that the ball of your foot and your heel are perfectly aligned. This in turn helps to align your entire body correctly, and strengthen muscles that aren’t often worked when wearing normal shoes.

It’s hard to find a disatisfied customer for this shoe. On the Merrell website, the majority of the customer reviews are very positive. Here are a few that we enjoyed reading:

I’ve had noticeably better posture when I run, and I no longer have a sore lower back from leading with my heels in my traditional running shoes. They didn’t even need breaking in, the mesh is incredibly comfortable and breatheable, and since they are so well ventilated they do not hold onto mud and water the last obstacle course race I did. I HIGHLY would recommend these to anyone… I would suggest buying them a half size up. ~kfreeman

LOVE – LOVE This shoe. I’ve used it biking, walking & wore it on my flight our west. Very comfortable, light & my feet stay cool. They also have great support, I have orthotics but as with all my Merell shoes I do not need them. I wore they at the Olympic Trials in Eugene, so I did a lot of walking around & very comfortable, even in the rain ~Idill
