Refund policy
If your shoes do not suit, you can return for exchange or a full refund, subject to our refund policy.
Conditions for Refund or Exchange
In order to receive a full refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- All shoes must be returned with 30 days from the order date.
- Shoes must be as new and not worn outside.
- Shoes to be in original box with labels attached.
- There must be no labels or tape attached to the box.
If returned shoes or packaging are dirty or damaged, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning charge or deduct the cost of repackaging. If shoes have been worn outside or have been damaged, no refund will be given.
We do not offer exchanges or returns labels for orders to Canada.
Exchanges
Exchanges - how do they work?
Go to Start your Return. Find your order and click on exchange. You will be shown all shoes with same price as the shoe you are returning. Click on the shoe. you want in the right size. We will reserve the product for 14 days. As soon as we receive your shoes back, and check that it is meets our returns rules (eg has not been worn outside), we will send out the exchange pair. If your delivery address has changed, you must let us know.
You can only exchange for the same style. If you want to get a different style, please return your shoes and reorder.
Please note that if you need to return an exchange, it will show as zero value. This does not reflect the actual value of your original order which can still be refunded.
Return FAQ's
What if my shoes are faulty?
If you think you have a fault with your shoes, please contact us directly freet@freetbarefoot.com for us to sort a resolution. You must not return to the warehouse.
Can I try on my shoes to see if they suit me?
Yes, you can try the shoes on indoors, to see if they suit, you but do not wear them outdoors until you are happy that the shoes suit you and you will be keeping them. Make sure you keep the box undamaged as you will need it for a return.
How do I return my shoes?
In top bar, go to Help - Refunds & Exchanges. Use the Start your Return button to buy a postage label. Pack the shoes in their original box with the returns approval slip and send back. Put the box into a suitable bag or box of a similar size. Nothing must be attached to the shoe box itself.

What is the cost of return?
You pay for a returns label. We do not charge any additional returns admin fee.
How much will I be refunded?
You will be refunded the full cost of all items returned. You will not, however, be refunded for expedited shipping costs.
Will I be refunded my original shipping charge?
We do not refund shipping costs to Canada. If you have chosen to pay for more expensive shipping (expedited) and return the items, this extra shipping cost will not be refunded.
How do I get a returns shipping label?
Go to top bar, Help - Refunds & Exchanges. Click on Start your Return. Follow the instructions and you will be given a choice of shipping options. Buy the one you want and print it off or take the QR code to drop off point. These labels are not available for orders to Canada.
What if my shoes are faulty?
If you have faulty shoes, you must contact us with details and photos. Do not return shoes before contacting us.
What if I want to send my shoes a different way?
You do not have to buy one of our postage labels but you must return the shoes using USPS only - we do not accept returns with other carriers. If you self post, you must complete the returns process Start your Return You must include our returns slip with your parcel. How long until I get my refund?
We aim to process all refunds within 3 to 5 working days after parcel is received back.
How long until I get my exchange?
Exchanges are automatically sent out after shoes are received and checked (about 3 to 5 working days after parcel is received back). If you want your shoes more quickly, you may re-order immediately and return the original shoes for a refund.
What if I cannot see the shoes I want on the exchange options?
You will be offered all shoes available at the same price. If you cannot see what you want, it may be that the shoes are a different price (they may have changed price since your order) or are out of stock. In this case, you can return your shoes for a refund and make a new order.
What if I don't have a printer?
No problem. Take your parcel to the shipper with your QR code and they will print off the label.
What if I am returning an exchange item for a refund?
If you return an item which was sent out as an exchange order it will show a value of $0. Do not worry, we will issue a refund against the value of the original order.
